While finishing up work on our existing Chapel Hill clients' home, we learned they had a surprise up their sleeves - in the form of a Bobby McAlpine home. What designer wouldn't jump at that opportunity? The architecture is distinctly Tuscan in nature with marble columns, extensive Venetian plaster, slathered brick, and an antique tile roof. With respect to the traditional architectural elements and McAlpine's high-quality original vision, we are aiming to infuse a modern aesthetic with fresh paint, new countertops, and updated lighting. Built in 2006, McAlpine organically suffused surrounding nature into the grounds and purposefully takes advantage of surrounding views with each room of the home. Renovations and new construction are also a part of our agenda, with a home gym addition and a master suite makeover.
