... Absolutely! At LSI, we are all about the unexpected twist…one of our favorite principles is ‘live in reality but dress it up’. In the real world, Friday nights sometimes involve take-out pizza. But there’s no rule that says you can’t have rosé with that (and if there is a rule somewhere, we vote to break it!).
