Let Me Eat Cake

Birthdays do tend to snowball, and if you're really lucky, they turn into cakes. My team ambushed me this morning with an inspired (if not delicious) birthday cake. It was homemade - and I use the term loosely - meaning a mound of white (naturally) SnoBall cupcakes were lovingly unwrapped, beautifully styled on a platter, and topped with a single candle. A pricey bottle of bubbly flanked the white puffs of decadence - my team knows I love juxtapositions! So far, my birthday's been a day of surprises. I expect more to come. Twinkies anyone?
