SHOP CURATED HOME DECOR, FASHION & VINTAGE FINDS, MAY 16-17
APRIL 2, 2025 | CHARLOTTE, NC
Right now, my hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina, is abloom. As always, winter came and went, and already, spring is giving way to summer. Predictability and routine make me antsy, but I love the natural rhythm of the seasons. Over the last three years, my annual summer-inspired Pop-Up Shop has become an essential part of the flow.
Today, I’m excited to announce the next Lisa Sherry Interieurs shopping experience—just as regular and refreshing as the season itself. This year, I’m calling it A SUMMER PLACE. Here are the particulars. Mark your calendar!
A SUMMER PLACE POP-UP SHOP
Friday & Saturday, May 16–17, 10am–4pm
2000 W. Morehead Street, Studio B, Charlotte, NC
Every item in the Pop-Up Shop has passed through my hands—literally. I’ve curated the entire collection. These are things I live with, wear, use, and love—and often place in Lisa Sherry Interieurs client homes. Expect vintage finds, textiles, tea towels, hand-thrown vessels, votives for candlelit evenings, and even summery ready-to-wear, including caftans, jammies, and hats. Look for antique rugs, small pieces of furniture, and an interesting collection of original art, all from local North Carolina artists. I’ve sourced far and wide for the Pop-Up Shop, but I haven’t bought deep. If you fall in love with something, don’t hesitate. Someone else might feel the same spark!
But A Summer Place is more than a shop. It’s a state of mind. Summer is a personal treasure. The Pop-Up Shop is an invitation to share the wealth. Relaxed, light-filled and sans agenda, summer invites us to move more slowly, entertain more freely, and blur the line between indoors and out. I like to think of this Pop-Up Shop as an ode to those feelings. It’s my version of summer living, brought to life through objects of beauty, desire and utility. My mantra has always been “live beautiful.” Happiness is absolutely an inside story; beautiful things simply reflect and elevate the experience.

The setting? My Charlotte design studio—wide open and welcoming for this special two-day event. In many ways, the Pop-Up Shop is a peek into the Lisa Sherry Interieurs experience. People always tell me the creative vibe of my studio is palpable. I’ll be there, of course, along with the creative minds I collaborate with every day and a few special-guest artisans.
To wrap (for now), here are my top three tips to make the most of your SUMMER PLACE Pop-Up Shop visit.
1. Trust your instincts. I selected every item in the Pop-Up Shop for its beauty and utility, but quantities are limited. If something speaks to you, don’t overthink it. You might miss a treasure.
2. Call it in. Not in Charlotte? We’re happy to offer FaceTime or Zoom shopping—just call the studio and we’ll make it happen.
3. Bring a friend. Everything is better shared.
